This renovated duplex apartment has an unique design that showcases a modern and spacious attic. The 127 meters (1,367 sq. ft.) apartment with modern interior design has an open kitchen and dining area on the main floor and the living area in the attic. The all white wood flooring in the attic and white walls throughout visually expand the space and keep the decor beautifully modern.
Located in Northern Italy, this attic apartment in an old building had a renovation done by Studio Damilano. The 240 sq. m. (2583 sq. ft.) apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is also an area for a grand piano under a stylishly designed skylight. A glass wall separates the bed and the bath tub, creating an open feel in a narrow room.
The renovation of this apartment in Barcelona, Spain by Miel Architects has an interesting layout that combines function and style. A loft space for casual living and storage space high above provide function while the contemporary decor blending with traditional elements such as the mouldings create an attractive atmosphere.
