This charming contemporary family home in Phoenix, Arizona features barn style modern architecture of wineries inherent in Northern California wine country.
Matthew Thomas Architecture, DeCesare Design Group and Arcadia Custom Builders collaborated on the renovation project of this 10,000-square-foot Arcadia home with views of Camelback Mountain.
The design of the building is timeless with the use of reclaimed brick, basalt stone details, and metal and slate roofs for the exterior. The same style is brought to the interiors. Steel doors and windows, and Spanish cedar create a timeless contemporary aesthetic.
The spacious great room with vaulted ceilings is open to the large kitchen.
The primary bathroom has a spa-like atmosphere with a soaking tub in front of steel doors leading to a courtyard.
